Interested applicants should be energetic and curious self starters, able to accept responsibility and work with minimal supervision. They have excellent oral and written communication skills and are professional in appearance and performance.

Responsibilities
- Reception duties, first point of contact for all guests including offering them coffee or snacks
- Bookkeeping duties including A/R and A/P and regular banking
- Maintain day to day contact with building staff
- Handle all courier / shipping and receiving duties
- Conduct telephone and email follow up including receive and oversee correspondence including mail and fax
- Organize and maintain office filing system
- Arrange and schedule meetings including reservations and scheduling board and meeting rooms
- Write and proofread letters and correspondence
- Ordering/purchasing of office supplies
- ensure employee pantry and kitchen is stocked and clean
- Administrative tasks related to on-boarding new employees
- Oversee all office greenery
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of office processes
- General research on a case by case basis
- Other duties as directed by management
