We’re Destiny Solutions and our suite of products, Destiny OneCE supports the Continuing and Professional Education departments of leading Universities and Colleges.

A key contributor of our strategic sales team, you’ll work to create a highly qualified sales pipeline in Destiny Solutions target market segments. Your focus will be on finding and engaging qualified clients from some of the most innovative organizations and “brands” in Continuing and Executive Education across North America.

Skills & Qualifications:

Top candidates will possess:

  • Five to seven years of successful business development
  • Solid skills in “complex selling”
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Superior email and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working effectively within an Institutional or Large Corporate client environments
  • A reputation as being self motivated and very achievement oriented
  • An understanding of the Continuing and Professional Education market
  • Experience that demonstrates your ability to identify business drivers quickly

Responsibilities

To excel at this role you’re already a high achiever with success in your current and previous roles. You have a proven track record at successful business development with highly developed skills at:

  • Engaging and establishing rapport with senior executives, understanding their strategic and tactical challenges through effective engagement and active listening via telephone contact and by email
  • Navigating through complex organizations to find decision makers, “influencers” and key “coaches” to formulate the value proposition
  • Demonstrated ability to use CRM software in setting up and managing targeting activities in the sales process
  • Working effectively as a member of a driven, goal oriented sales team
